This is the first step in the client consultation process. We will spend this brief conversation discussing your concerns and where you are in your health journey, along with how I can best support you.
Lets get started today!
Prior to your visit you will be filling out some intake paperwork that will help me provide you with the most accurate assessment possible. All forms will be completed online and access to the forms will be sent via Practice Better. Forms must be completed at least 48 hours before your Initial Consultation.
This will be our first in-person (or Virtual) appointment giving you the opportunity to tell your story from start to finish. You will leave this appointment with initial insights, detailed recommendations and a personalized Nutritional repair plan.
This visit will be the hands-on functional evaluation. This is a clinical skill-set used to feel where imbalances are occurring in the body. When we are experiencing less than optimal function in a particular organ or system, there are corresponding reflex points on the body that can become tender or inflammed. Tapping into the body's innate intelligence by testing these points gives a more in-depth picture of your nutritional needs. Then using lingual-neuro testing to determine whether supplemental nutrients could be helpful for supporting these organs/systems.
We will combine the information gathered from the functional evaluation with the findings from the initial interview and intake paperwork to create a plan that addresses your health holistically and supports your goals. Your protocol will have a clear set of dietary and lifestyle objectives, as well as individualized supplement recommendations (as needed).
Additional services are available to help you achieve your health goals more effectively.
Follow up visits include re-evaluation of nutritional and therapeutic protocols, re-evaluation of signs, symptoms and diet. Updated plan and recommendations for your next phase.
It is highly recommended to schedule regular follow-up visits every 3-4 weeks to evaluate your progress and determine whether any changes need to be made to support continued improvement and to keep you on track to achieve optimal wellness.
